Coaching Services
We recognize that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients' needs. To effectively manage our resources and maintain the quality of our services, we require that any changes or cancellations to your coaching sessions be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Clients who cancel or make changes to their session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be eligible for a full refund. However, if changes or cancellations are not communicated within this specified timeframe, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued.
Training Courses
We are committed to providing high-quality training courses that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a partial refund under the following conditions:

If you request a refund within 24 hours of starting the course, you will receive 100% of your money back.

If you request a refund between 24 to 48 hours after starting the course, you will receive 50% of your money back.

After 48 hours of starting the course, no refunds will be issued.
To initiate a change, cancellation, or refund request, please contact our customer service team directly as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you and accommodate your request.
